Participant Code of Conduct
The Participant Code of Conduct explains the expectations for all Angel Pageant participants and their families. It helps ensure a positive, respectful, and safe experience for everyone involved.
By agreeing to this form, families acknowledge their responsibility to support good sportsmanship, respectful behavior, and adherence to pageant guidelines throughout the 2026 Angel Pageant Season.
Pageant Liability Release
The Pageant Liability Release is a required form that acknowledges participation in pageant-related activities during the 2026 Angel Pageant Season.
By signing this form, a parent or legal guardian confirms their understanding of participation and grants permission for their angel to take part in scheduled events and activities.
By submitting registration—online or by email—you acknowledge and agree to the Participant Code of Conduct and Pageant Liability Release.
